Housekeeping Team Leader:
Overseeing housekeeping personnel to ensure all assignments are carried out in accordance with brand standards. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly schedules, morning work assignments for team members including additional assignments guest requests etc. Participating in interviews and training for new hires. Conducting room checks prior to guest arrivals as well as public spaces. Assist in uniform ordering, distribution and compliance. Assist with guest issues regarding housekeeping. Ensuring supply rooms are in satisfactory condition including preparing orders for cleaning and guest room products. Working directly with linen vendors to ensure correct supplies are on hand and distributed accordingly. Communicating with Maintenance for any needed repairs and follow up. Works directly with Management, Front desk agents and maintenance to ensure a smooth transition from departing rooms to guest arrivals each day.
